We gather sound, light, photography, and day-of support into one calm thread—so you’re not managing four vendors. Personal consultation. Springfield roots.

How it works

Common questions

Can we book just one service?

Yes. Book DJ & sound, lighting, photography, day-of coordination, or any mix—we’ll scope it on the consultation call.

Do you cover ceremony and reception sound—and MC?

Yes. With DJ coverage we provide ceremony and reception sound on Void audio, plus emcee cues for intros, toasts, and special dances.

Can we give you must-play and do-not-play lists—and will you take guest requests?

Yes to all three. We’ll set must-play and do-not-play lists with you and take guest requests—details get locked during the consultation.

Do you travel outside Springfield?

Yes. We’re based in Springfield, MO, and take weddings across Missouri and into neighboring states. Travel details are part of the consultation quote.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is tailored to the services you book and the details of your day. After you request a date, we consult and quote—no public package menu.

How many hours are included?

Exact hours are set in consultation. As a starting point, many couples plan about 4–6 hours for DJ coverage and around 8 hours for photography; overtime and add-ons are quoted with your timeline.

How do we reserve our wedding date—and is the deposit refundable?

Share your date through the form. We’ll schedule a consultation, align on services, then a $100 deposit holds your date. That deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before the consultation; after the consultation, any refund depends on billable hours already spent—it may be partial or none.

What do we get with photography—and when?

Thoughtful wedding-day coverage finished in an edited online gallery, typically within 4–6 weeks. Raw files are available on request—ask during the consultation.

Is day-of coordination the same as hiring a wedding planner?

No. It isn’t months of full wedding planning. If you want fuller support from us, we start weeks out with timeline and vendor prep. If planning is already covered elsewhere, day-of-only support is available too—we’ll match the scope on the consultation.

Who shows up on the wedding day?

The owners. Who you talk with in consultation is who you’ll see on the day.

Do you carry insurance—and what’s your backup plan?

Yes—we carry liability insurance. We also bring backups for the most common points of failure; we don’t duplicate every piece of gear for every event.

Why book sound, light, photo, and day-of together?

You can book à la carte or together. Bundling means one team and one calm thread—so you’re not managing four separate vendors.
